Neurocenter Finland has compiled Finnish publications from the field of neurosciences from the PubMed database. The latest articles in neuroscience can be searched by keywords, author name, and organization.
The database utilizes an algorithm developed by the Turku NLP group that predicts keywords for PubMed articles before they are officially published in PubMed. The algorithm then categorizes neuroscience-related articles into its own database.
The publication search engine is part of a plan for a larger researcher database. The purpose of the researcher database is to easily find all Finnish experts in the field, whether the applicant is a pharmaceutical company or an individual researcher looking for other groups working on the same research topic.
