Neuro2020 – Business meets Science

The Neuro2020 Business meets Science Industry and Innovation event, and the NeuroPitch research based pitching competition organised by Neurocenter Finland has been postponed to 8th of December and changed in virtual format due to the coronavirus situation. Originally, the event was scheduled for 31 March 2020 in Kuopio.

Thanks to the virtuality registration is now open and new participants are also welcomed to join! All existing registrations will be transferred to the new date; however, it is also possible to cancel one’s participation by sending an email to the organisers.

Coded to connect. Neuro2020 Business Meets Science brings together various actors involved in neurosciences: companies, investors, research units, researchers, patient organisations and stakeholders at large. Keynote speakers include Esko Valtaoja, Miikka Korja and Kiti Müller. The event is moderated by Tomi Kaukinen, Licence to Fail.

This event is dedicated to inspiring stories of commercialization and cooperation successes. Science, startups and well established companies are in the spotlight.

Part of the Neuro2020 we are happy to organize NeuroPitch – sponsored by OLVI -foundation 65 years. Research based pitching competition for neuroresearchers focusing on aging. The winner receives 30 000 euros to advance the proposed research and eight scientists are selected to the final.
