European Brain Council: Shaping EU and international policies for the brain

The European Brain Council will organise a session “Shaping EU and international policies for the brain”  in the context of the 8th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology. The session will take place on 28 June 2022 from 13:00 to 14:30 CET in Room Berlin.

The European Brain Council is a network of key players in the brain area, with the aim to speak with one voice as the platform to foster cooperation between its member organisations and other stakeholders, consistently promoting dialogue between scientists, industry and society.

Consensus within the community is vital and EBC works with its members and relevant stakeholders constantly to build consensus and develop a strong advocacy and policy narrative through its activities at the European and international level.

In this session, speakers will present on various policy issues developing that impact or potentially impact the community, namely Horizon Europe, a future EU brain health partnership, EU4Health and more, exploring EBC activities currently ongoing.
